Okay, so maybe New Year was a few weeks ago, but we're still in January!
We were lucky enough to visit Jeff's family for Christmas and the New Year. We had an awesome time! We spent our first 5 days with Jeff's dad in MA. Dad hosted a wonderful family party where JJ got to meet his aunts, uncles and cousins. It was a wonderful night filled with lots of smiles and laughter.
We spent the second half of our trip with Jeff's mom in VT. It was absolutely beautiful there in the snowy mountains. JJ had a great time at David's 75th birthday party and played with everyone there.
Health-wise we are all doing great. JJ started to walk on December 29th. He is walking more and more, but still prefers to crawl because he goes further faster. He's getting there and we are so very proud of our little man.
I'm pregnant with a little girl. She is due around July 21st. We are so very excited to see her face and introduce JJ to his sister!

Our little boy was born February 1, 2010. He is named Jeff Jr. or JJ. Our daughter Moira was born July 28, 2011. We have a cat named Munchkin. Jeff is a career military officer, and Karen works for a family services program for the Army. We live in Monterey, California.
